walk away from the situation for the time being, until you calm down.

emotion as normal and part of life.
Try to locate the precise
reasons why you feel angry.
Once you have recognized the
problem, think about coming up with different strategies on how to cure the
situation.
Do a little physical, such
as going for a run or playing game.
